VHC boiler design is a combination of water tube and Fire tube concept. Membrane water tube Furnace and Fire Tube drum are the two major components. The construction is in modular form makes transportation much simpler and takes shorter time to erect on site.

Main features of VHC boiler :

• Response to steam generation is very fast
• The drum provides large water and steam space. The fire tubes in the drum acts as the hot gas path
• Fixed pin hole grate design firing grate as standard
• Air control can be either by manual or automatic. Automatic control is recommended for bigger size boilers
• Water level control is automatic and is a standard for all sizes
• Capable of handling multiple fuel firing
